The OBAL PRINT
company was set up in 1994. The main activity of the company is the
production of boxes:
made of board, boxboard or coated paper, luxured with
fivecolour offset print and surface finish (paint varnish, disperze
varnish, UV varnish or laminated shiny). We print posters, we also
laminate and cut, everything in size 100 x 140 cm. Other activities
include glueing (in one, two or three sections) and completation too.
We are able to make up a graphic design of your pack
or eye-catching package. We ensure the type, litography extract or
desks in cooperation with CTP technology too.
The production of 1.200 tons/year is realized in our new reconstructed premises
on the area of 5.000 m2.
More than 40 % of our production is launched on
foreign markets, especially in the USA, Germany, Italy, Austria,
Slovakia and other east European countries.
In 2002 the company underwent a major renovation of
the centre for the preparation
of print forms (plate developers for
pre-sensitised aluminium plates IMAF SLP 120/11 CTP, plate scanner
DEMIA type 3, plate to press) and offset prints (Planeta Varimat P57)
and we obtained the prestigeous acknowledgement of quality of work and
products
ISO 9001 : 2000.
